摘　　要：结合宁德市公安局及当地的办案实际建立一套阳光执法办案平台.该平台可实现涉案人员或其家属对案件办理过程的知情权,使他们与办案单位建立起一种崭新的互动渠道.通过该平台,有利于办案单位更好了解案件原始状态和客观事实,能够全面、客观和及时取证,同时更有利于办案单位依法公正做出处理.A set of transparent law enforcement and case-handling platform was established according to the practical case handling in the Ningde Municipal Public Security Bureau and the local units. The system can provide the suspects or their relatives with the rights of information concerning the case, so as to set up a new channel for interaction with the case-handling units. This platform enables the units to better understand the original state and the objective facts of the case, to collect comprehensive, objective and timely evidence. In addition, it helps the ease-handling units to make fair enforcement.
