摘　　要：目的　探讨氟砷染毒对雄性大鼠生殖功能的影响。方法　采用 3代 1窝繁殖实验的方法 ,观察Wistar大鼠暴露于氟砷后其生殖功能的变化。结果　随染毒剂量的增加受孕率随之降低 ,精子畸形率增加 ,睾丸组织发生明显的病理变化。Objective To prove the effects of the fluoride arsenic exposure on the reproductive function of male rats.Methods With the method of two generation one nest reproduction test,the changes of reproduction function of male rats were surveyed after Wistar rats were exposed to fluoride arsenic.Results With the raise of exposed dose,the rate of fecundation decrease especially in high dose group,the rate of sperm deformity was increased,the distinctly pathological changes occurred in the testis tissue.Conclusions Fluoride arsenic exposure can result from the obviously adverse effects on the reproductive system of male rats.
