摘　　要：本文从黄南州草地畜牧业发展和畜草平衡现状入手,分析了造成畜草矛盾的主要原因,针对性地提出了持之以恒,防治草原鼠虫害;以草定畜,减轻草场压力,缓解畜草矛盾;加强人工草地建设,提高第一性生产力;加快牲畜周转,提高草地产出能力等草畜平衡的对策。This paper discusses the state of grassland animal husbandry development and present situation bal- ance between livestock and grass in Huangnan county. There were analyzed the main causes of livestock and grass contradiction. Four improving livestock measures are put out for controlling rodents and pests, According to the grass to raise livestock, relieving grassland pressure, alleviating the contradiction between animal and grass, strengthening the construction of artificial grassland, improving primary productivity cattle and speeding up the livestock turnover in future.
