摘　　要：目的　 T2 毒素对大鼠脂质过氧化物代谢的影响 ,探讨 T2 毒素的损伤作用机制。方法　通过离体及在体实验方法 ,观察 T2 毒素对实验动物及体外培养心肌细胞的过氧化损伤作用及微量元素硒及 VE的保护作用。结果　 T2 毒素可以对实验动物产生过氧化损伤 ,此作用随着时间延长而加重。另外 ,T2 毒素可以对体外培养心肌细胞产生直接过氧化损伤作用 ,且此作用随 T2 毒素浓度增高而加重。结论　 T2Objective To clarify the mechanism of T 2 toxin by examining the metabolism of lipid peroxide in rats.Methods To observe the peroxide effect of T 2 toxin in vivo or in vitro and the antagonism of selenium and vitamin E against this effection induced by T 2 toxin in rats.Results In vivo,T 2 toxin could increase the peroxide production in rats as the time goes on.In vitro,it could also cause the direct peroxidization to the cultured rat's cardiac muscle cells and has the dosage effect correspondency.Conclusions Peroxidization may be an important damaging mechanism of T 2 toxin to the experimental rats.
