摘　　要：以边界主义为视角,通过分析条约在内国的并入、转化或混合三种适用模式,提出了条约在内国适用的方法应当予以明确,探讨了规范边界在条约适用中的意义。特别是对于混合模式中的具体选择方法,更应明确具体边界之所在,以便于法律适用层面的操作。同时,这也是"条约必须遵守"原则在实际运用中的体现。From the perspective of ＇Boundaritism＇, the article analyses the three method of internal application of the international treaty ： convergence ; transformation and combination. The article raises that the method should be clarified and the normalization of boundary. shows great significance. Especially, the selection of transformation should be more explicated in order to facilitate the application side. Meanwhile, it is also the reflection of the doctrine ＂Pacta Sunt Servanda＂.
