摘　　要：风险投资弥补了传统投资无法满足农业高新技术产业化对资金需求这一缺口,同时应运而生的风险投资的行为参与者之间的决策行为成为影响产业化项目成败的关键。在此借助博弈论的分析方法,从信息不对称的角度来分析农业高新技术产业化过程中风险投资者与企业家的博弈行为,并基于分析结果提出相关建议。Venture Capital make up the gap that the traditional investment can not meet the agricultural high - tech industrialization for the demand of funds, the decision making by the participants of venture capital emerge as the times becomes the the key to affect the iudustrialization prnject success or failure. Here with the help of the analysis method of game theory, from the perspective of asymmetric information to analyse the game behavior between venture capitalists and entrepreneurs in the process of industrialization to realize, and make recommendalions based on the analysis results.
