摘  要:目的 为了评价饮水型砷中毒病区巴音毛道农场井水中不同种态砷及其它微量元素含量对砷中毒的危险性。方法 用中子活化法测定了总 As、As3+、As5 +、甲基胂酸 (MMA)、二甲基胂酸 (DMA)以及、Fe、Ba和稀土元素等。结果 表明井水中水砷含量严重超过国家饮用水水质标准 ,井水中的砷大多为无机砷 ,其中 As3+占6 5 %~ 88%。MMA+ DMA仅占水砷的 1%~ 6 %。Fe和 Ba的含量明显高于水质标准 ,稀土元素的浓度为世界淡水元素背景值的几十倍到几百倍。结论 水砷含量越高 ,病人病情越重。在水砷含量相近的情况下 ,As3+含量越高 ,病情越重。 Fe。Objective The area of endemic arsenic disease in Bayinmada of Inner-Mongloia belongs to the drinking water type of arsenism disease area.Methods The contents of the total arsenic,As 3+ ,As 5+ ,MMA,DMA and other trace elements in the well water have been determined by neutron activation analysis.Results The result showed that the arsenic contents in drinking water of Bayinmada are from 204~1125 μg/L and much higher than those of the allowance limit (<50 μg/L).The dominant species of As in water samples are inorganic arsenic compounds,the ratios of MMA and DMA to total arsenic varies from 1% to 6%.Fe and Ba concentration in drinking water are much higher than those of the allowance limit (Fe<300 μg/L,Ba<1000 μg/L),REE contents are tens to hundreds times of the elemental composition of freshwater.Conclusions The higher total content in drinking water of the arsenic area,the more serious the patient's condition is.If the concentration of total As is in the same level,the higher ratio of As 3+ to total As,the more serious the patient's condition is.It seems that element Fe,Ba and REE etc may aggravate the arsenism.
