摘 要:在对玉石洼铁矿3个主要采场的通风线路、漏风状况、通风阻力等现场调查与实测的基础上,系统地分析了通风系统紊乱的主要原因。通过研发基于Windows操作系统的矿井通风系统网络解算软件,对玉石洼铁矿进行网络解算、通风数据分析和通风网络优化调节;并结合解算、分析结果及矿井未来生产规划,提出了以系统封堵与疏导相结合的通风系统改造方案。结合实际情况,合理确定了通风调节设施的位置、风机选型的技术参数和其他相关工程措施。On the basis of field survey and measurement of ventilating circuit, air leakage state and ventilation resistance of three main stopes in ~ushiwa Iron Mine, the main reasons of causing the ventilation system disorder were systematically analyzed. The ventilation network calculation software for mine ventilation system was developed based on Windows operating system, and it was used to do the ventilation network calculation, ventilation data analysis and ventilation network optimal regulation of Ynshiwa Iron Mine. Combined with the results of network calculation and analysis and the production plan, the ventilation system transformation scheme of combining sealing the air leakage and dredging air flow was proposed. The position of ventilation equipment, fan teelc^nical parameters and other related engineering measures were determined combined with the actual conditions.
