哮喘患者血清ECP测定及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的测定血清ＥＣＰ并探讨其在哮喘患者中的临床应用价值。方法使用ＵｎｉＣＡＰ１００型自动酶免疫荧光分析系 统测定。结果测定５０例正常人，４７例缓解期哮喘患者和４２例发作期哮喘患者血清ＥＣＰ平均水平分别为７．４２±３．５６，１４．７５± ４．８２和３５．８０±４．５５μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ），各组间均有明显差异，以发作期患者组ＥＣＰ升高最为显著（ｐ＜０．０１）。上述４２例发作期哮喘 患者经抗炎治疗后，ＥＣＰ平均水平为２４．６６±５．１２μｇ／Ｌ，较治疗前明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论血清ＥＣＰ水平反映气道的炎症 程度，可作为哮喘的诊断、疗效监测和预后判断指标。Objective To determine the serum ECP level and evaluate its clinical application in the asthma patients. Method The serum ECP concentrations were measured by the UniCAP automatic enzyme-fluoroimmunoassayunoassay system. The mean seurm ECP level of 50 normals, 47 stable asthmatic patients and 42 patients with severe allergic asthma were 7.42?.56, 14.75?.82 and 35.88?.55 μg/L (x±s) respectively. There were significant differences of ECP level (p<0.0l) in the groups and the mean ECP level of the last group was the highest in the three groups. After the treatment by taking a 2-week oral and inhaled steroidal regime, the mean ECP level of severe asthma patients became 24.66±5.12μg/L, declining sharply compared with that before breatment (P<0.0l).Conclusion The serum ECP level refects the airway inflammatory status and helps predict the exacerbation and severity of asthma. It aught be a useful marker in diagnosis of asthma and in monitoring the efficacy of anti-iaflammatory breatment in asthma.
