摘　　要：马克思主义经典作家和理论家不仅深入研究了资本主义制度下的经济周期性波动现象,而且关注并探讨了社会主义计划经济体制下的经济周期性波动问题。新的历史条件下,我们必须坚持马克思主义经济周期性波动理论的基本原理,并善于汲取前人理论精华,努力拓宽理论研究视野,不断创新和发展马克思主义经济周期性波动理论。Classic Marxist writers and theorists not only explore the phenomenon of economic cyclical fluctuations in the capitalist system, but also pay attention to and expound the issue in the socialist planning economic system. Under new historical conditions, we should not mechanically copy Classic Marxist writers＂ individual viewpoint or theoretical conclusions, but should insist on basic Marxist principles and be good at absorbing the previous theoretical essence and widening the theory vision of researching field.
