摘　　要：目的探讨应用临床护理路径对烧伤患者进行功能康复指导的临床效果。方法 90例烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用临床护理路径进行功能康复指导,对照组采用传统方法进行功能康复指导。结果观察组Barthel指数及世界卫生组织生活质量简易量表生理因素、心理因素、社会关系及环境因素4个维度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论应用临床护理路径对烧伤患者进行功能康复指导能提高患者日常生活活动能力,有效改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing paths on function rehabilitation guiding of burn patients. Methods 90 burn patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=45） and control group （n=45）. The observation group was guided rehabilita- tion with clinical nursing paths, while the control group with routine way. Results ＂[＇he scores of Barthel index, and physiological factors, psychological factors, social relations and environmental factors of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF improved more in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing paths to guiding function rehabilitation of burn patients can improve the activities of daily living and quality of life of burn patients.
