摘　　要：结合超标留样仪的发展现状及技术要求,分析了超标留样仪与在线监测仪结合使用的功能及其在废水污染源自动监测监控管理中的作用,提出了其在污染源减排三大体系建设中发挥的管理效能,对于提高污染物总量控制和环境管理能力具有一定的参考作用。Combining with the development status and technical requirementsof excess water quality automat-ic retention samples instrument, this article analyses the functions of excess water quality automatic retention samples instrumentin combination with online monitor andthe effects in the management of wastewater pol-lution sources by automatic monitoring. And the it puts forward the management efficiency playing in sources of pollution emission reduction of the three large system construction. The research has important significance to improve the ability of the pollutant total amount control and environmental management.
