预见性护理干预在肛周手疾病术后预防尿潴留的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和研究护理干预对肛周疾病手术后尿潴留的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行预防尿潴留护理干预。结果:两组患者尿潴留的发生率比较,差异有显著性意义。结论:实施有效的护理干预措施,可有效改善肛管直肠周围脓肿及肛瘘术后患者尿潴留的发生。Objective： To explore and study the influence of nursing intervention on urinary retention after operation of anal diseases. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group re- ceived routine nursing care, the experimental group to prevent urinary retention in the nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. Results ： the two groups of patients with urinary retention were compared, the difference was significant. Conclusion： the effective nursing in-terventions can effectively improve the perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation in patients with urinary retention.
