康复新液联合高渗盐水治疗皮肤溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分别采用康复新液配合3%的高渗盐水和单用康复新液治疗皮肤溃疡,并观察其疗效。方法:对照组采用浸透康复新液的8层纱布紧贴溃疡面湿敷,持续1小时,每天3次,总疗程2个月。治疗组先用8层纱布浸透3%的高渗盐水,敷于溃疡面,持续20分钟。间隔30分钟后再使用浸透康复新液的8层纱布紧贴溃疡面湿敷,用法、用量和疗程都和对照组一致。结果:接受治疗后前3周,两组均无痊愈病例,但显效病例治疗组明显多于对照组,治疗后1个月,治疗组痊愈率高于对照组。但治疗2个月后,治疗组和对照组痊愈率差异无显著性。结论:康复新液治疗皮肤溃疡有良好疗效,但是如果联合高渗盐水可以缩短病程,值得推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic efect of patients with skin ulcer were diagnosed and treated by kangfuxin solution and hyper tonic saline.Methods：The control group were given 8 layers kangfuxin solution gauze,cling to skin ulcer,maintain 1 hour,3times a day,total treatment course was 2 months.The curing group were given 8 layers hypertonic saline gauze,cling to skin ulcer,maintain 20 minutes.30 minutes later,The curing group were given 8 layers kangfuxin solution gauze,cling to skin ulcer,the usage,course of treatment same to the control group.Results：the first three weeks after treatment,there was no recovery cases,but the marked effect of the curing group was significantly more than the control group,after treatment 1 month,the cure rate of curing group was higher than that control group.There was no significant differ ence in the cure rate of curing group and control group after treatment 2 months later.Conclusion ：Kangfuxin solution was useful to patients with skin ulcer.If it was treated by kangfuxin solution and hypertonic saline,it will shorten the course of the disease.It was worthy of expansion.
