龙珠软膏治疗静脉渗漏性损伤效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨龙珠软膏治疗静脉渗漏性损伤的效果。方法:将120例静脉渗漏性损伤的患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组按常规于静脉渗漏性损伤部位湿敷50%硫酸镁,每日3～4次;观察组应用龙珠软膏外敷,每日1次。结果:观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:龙珠软膏能有效消肿、镇痛、软化硬化组织及增进损伤皮肤血管的恢复,对静脉渗漏性损伤的患者有效。Objective： to discuss the effect of dragon ball ointment in treatment of venous leakage damage.Methods： 120 cases of venous leak age injury patients were randomly divided into two groups（n=60）.Control group routine in venous leakage injury shi fu 50% magnesium sul fate,3～4 times a day;Observation group dragon ointment external application,daily 1 time.Results： the observation group curative effect was significantly better than control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： dragon ointment is effective to reduce the swelling,pain,soften the hardening of the tissue and promote skin damage blood vessels,and effective in patients with venous leakage damage.
