摘　　要：目的:观察肛肠爽栓剂镇痛、抗炎、止血作用及其作用机理。方法:用乙酸对小鼠腹腔注射致扭体法,观察其镇痛作用;用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎法,观察其抗炎作用;用小鼠断尾法,观察其止血作用。结果:肛肠爽栓剂对化学方法引起的小鼠疼痛、二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀、断尾引起的小鼠尾部出血有显著的抑制作用。结论:肛肠爽栓剂具有明显的镇痛、抗炎、止血作用。objective:Observed the anorectal cool suppository analgesic,anti-inflammatory,hemostatic effect and its mechanism of action.Method:Intraperitoneally injected to mice induced with acetic acid writhing test,observe the analgesic effect;the mouse ear xylene proinflammatory law,to observe the anti-inflammatory effects;mouse tail,to observe the hemostatic effect.Result: The anorectal cool suppositories chemically induced mouse pain,xylene-induced earedema in mice,mouse tail bleeding caused by tail significant inhibitory effect.Conclusion: the anorectal cool suppository has a significant analgesic,anti-inflammatory,hemostatic effect.
