摘　　要：目的评估前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石的有效性和安全性。方法经前列腺电切镜鞘操作孔置入钬激光光纤击碎结石，并用Ellik冲洗器将碎石吸出。结果入选36例患者均一次碎石成功。平均碎石时间（41．9±16．2）min，只行膀胱碎石治疗患者住院平均时间（5．8±2．1）d。术后出现并发症：持续血尿2例、术后感染l例，全部病例未出现大出血、膀胱穿孔等重大并发症。术后随访3-24个月未见结石复发。结论利用前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石是一种高效的、安全的手术方式。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of resectoscope via holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of complicated bladder stone. Methods The holmium laser fiber was put into the bladder through oper- ating hole of resectoscope to striked bladder stone, and cleared by Ellik irrigator. Results Thirty-six cases achieved stone-free at first time. Average operative time of lithotfipsy was （41.9±16.2） rain, and the average length of hospital stay of the patients undergoing only bladder lithotripsy was （5.8±2.1） days. Complications included henmturia （2 cas- es） and fever （1 case）. All the cases do not appear complications of serious bleeding, bladder perforation. During the follow-up of 3-24 months after operation, no recurrence was found. Conclusion Resectoscope via holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of complicated bladder stone.
