摘　　要：目的了解老年住院患者死亡原因及疾病构成,以便做好老年疾病的预防工作,降低老年患者的死亡率。方法对15年老年人住院死亡病例进行回顾性调查,以国际疾病分类ICD-10为依据,采用软件Excel对有关数据进行统计分析。结果死因构成前三位分别是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤,占死亡人数的69.62%。结论掌握老年住院患者的死亡原因,为今后疾病预防提供有力的信息和依据,提高老年患者的生存率。Objective To understand the causes of death and disease composition of elderly inpatients, thus to reduce the mortality of elderly patients. Methods Death cases of elderly inpatients in fifteen years were investigat- ed retrospectively. The data were analyzed through Excel software based on International Classification of Diseases （ICD-10）. Results The top three causes of death in order of frequency were cardiovascular disease, respiratory dis- ease and tumor, respectively, accounting for 69.62% of total deaths. Conclusion UnderUnderstanding the causes of death in elderly inpatients earl provide strong evidence for the prevention of disease in the future and improve the sur- viva Irate of elderly patients.
