品管圈活动在规范急诊血标本送检流程中的应用

摘　　要：目的规范急诊血标本送检流程,缩短送检时间,确保标本安全,提高送检效率。方法进行现状调查、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施、效果检查及巩固措施等程序,比较开展品管圈前后血标本运送不完善率改善情况。结果急诊血标本运送总不完善率由改善前的84.3%下降至14.0%;各项不完善率开展前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在抽血时间、送检时间、交接时间开展前后进行比较,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展此次品管圈活动不仅大幅度缩短了送检时间,且确保了标本安全,送检效率大幅度提高,达到预期目标,同时还提高了圈员的质量管理意识、创新意识、策划能力,值得借鉴。Objective To normalize the transport process of emergency blood specimen, shorten transport time, ensure specimen＇s safety, improve transport efficiency. Methods WE performed present situation investigation, analysis of reasons, goals setting, countermeasures developing, organizing and implementing, effect inspecting, mea- sures strengthening, and compared the imperfect ratio of specimen transport after developing the quality control circle activities.Results The imperfect ratio of the transport of emergency blood specimen was decreased from 84.30% to 14.0%, with statistically significant difference between all kinds of imperfect ratio （P〈0.01）. The time of hemospasia, transport and delivery all showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Condusion Developing the quality control circle activities not only shortens the transport time by a large margin, but also ensures the specimen＇s safety and achieves the expected objective. Additionally, it enhances the quality circle members＇ awareness of management and creativity, ability of planning, which is worthy of promotion.
