摘 要:为了解决低温下对液晶屏的加热不均匀现象,保证液晶屏的低温显示效果,分析了产生加热不均匀现象的原因,提出了一种加热补偿方法。采用导热薄膜+透明加热电极+绝缘膜的补偿模式,以及针对不同器件的多种安装方式。某型号显示器试验结果表明采取了加热补偿方法的液晶显示器温差均匀性低于10度,显示均匀性良好。经过多次试验及批量生产实践表明,该技术可以较好的解决低温加热不均匀问题。In order to solve the uneven heating of the LCD screen in low temperature,and guarantee the performance of the LCD screen in low temperature, analyzes the cause of the une- ven heating phenomenon,in this article,we propose a compensation method of heating, which u- sing compensation mode, such as thermal film, transparent heating electrodes ,insulating film, and many kinds of installation method for different devices. The experimental results of one type of monitor shows that the LCD temperature uniformity is less than 10 degrees, and also the dis- play uniformity is good, which was used the heating compensation method. After several tests and mass production practice shows that the technology can be a better solution to the problem of uneven heating in low temperature.
