获得性免疫缺陷综合征年长患者与青年患者中医四诊信息的差异性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年与青年获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者中医四诊信息的差异性。方法通过分析中医临床科研信息一体化平台中的艾滋病患者首诊病例资料,以年龄将患者分为年长组(≥50岁)及青年组(≤44岁),采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入分析2 675例获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者资料。两组患者超过10%的症状中,年长组患者乏力〔56.0%(884/1 579)比47.7%(523/1 096)〕、头晕〔16.0%(253/1 579)比9.1%(100/1 096)〕、食欲不振〔26.6%(420/1 579)比22.1%(242/1 096)〕、四肢困重〔13.1%(207/1 579)比9.8%(107/1 096)〕和消瘦〔56.0%(184/1 579)比8.8%(96/1 096)〕症状较青年组多见,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年长组中苔白〔68.3%(1 078/1 579)比64.6%(708/1 096)〕及脉沉〔24.8%(392/1 579)比19.4%(213/1 096)〕多于青年组,脉滑〔10.6%(167/1 579)比13.6%(149/1 096)〕出现频率低于青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论获得性免疫缺陷综合征年长患者与青年患者中医四诊信息存在一定差异性,有必要进一步对其开展系统研究。Objective To investigate the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） four diagnostic informations between older and youth HIV/ AIDS patients.Methods Using the SPSS 19.0 software to analysis the differences of the TCM characteristics of the older（age≥50 years） and youth（age≤44 years） HIV/ AIDS patients,which collected from the platform of integrate the TCM clinical and scientific research information.Results Among the TCM symptom which occurrence rate more than 10% in 1 579 cases,the occurrence of fatigue 〔56.0%（884/1 579） vs.47.7%（523/1 096） 〕,dizzy 〔16.0%（253/1 579） vs.9.1%（100/1 096） 〕,poor appetite 〔26.6%（420/1 579） vs.22.1%（242/1 096） 〕,four limbs kunzhong 〔13.1%（207/1 579） vs.9.8%（107/1 096） 〕,and emaciation 〔56.0%（184/1 579） vs.8.8%（96/ 1 096） 〕were more in older group than youth group（P 0.05）,and the fever occurrence more in youth group.The white tongue fur 〔68.3%（1 078/1 579） vs.64.6%（708/1 096） 〕and sunken pulse 〔24.8%（392/1 579） vs.19.4%（213/1 096） 〕 were more occurrence in older patients,and slippery pulse 〔10.6%（167/1 579） vs.13.6%（149/1 096） 〕was more occurrence in youth patients（P 0.05）.Conclusion There were some differences of TCM four diagnostic informations between older and youth HIV/ AIDS patients,it need a further study to confirm.
