心电综合网络平台的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心电综合网络平台在心电工作中的临床应用价值。方法利用集团化心电综合网络平台分析500例有冠心病史或疑似冠心病患者,从检查用时和异常检出率方面与常规心电检查的结果进行比较。结果 500例患者的心电检查用时从常规心电检查的(25.0±1.0)min缩短至心电综合网络平台检查的(2.0±1.0)min;心电图异常检出率也从常规心电检查的79.3%(396/500)提高到心电综合网络平台检查的96.7%(483/500),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电综合网络平台在临床心电检查方面较常规心电检查效率高、准确度高,具有更大的临床应用及推广价值。Objective To discuss the clinical application of electrocardiography （ECG） integrated network platform. Methods Data of 500 patients with histories of coronary heart disease （CHD） or suspected CHD patients were analyzed using ECG integrated network platform. The length of examination time and detection rate were compared with those of conventional ECG. Results The length of examination time of integrated network platform [ （2. 0 ± 1.0） min] was shorter than that of con- ventional ECG [ （25.0 ± 1.0） min], detection rate higher （96. 7%, 483/500） than that of conventional ECG （79. 3%, 396/500）, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ECG integrated network platform, having higher effective- ness and accuracy than conventional, is of great value in clinical application and popularization.
