摘　　要：目的探讨中文版风湿病治疗依从性问卷(CCQR)的信度和效度。方法选择2010年1月—2011年12月在玉溪市人民医院风湿科住院,出院诊断为类风湿关节炎的患者54例,通过翻译风湿病治疗依从性问卷(CQR)原文并根据中国文化进行调整后制定出CCQR。间隔2～4周重复问卷,应用组内相关系数来评估CCQR的信度。采用药房处方数据评估患者治疗的现实依从性,通过确定CCQR评分和患者现实依从性的相关情况来评价CCQR的效度。结果 54例患者完成了第1次问卷调查,4例拒绝接受第2次调查,2例失访,最终48例患者完成第2次问卷调查。第1次平均CCQR评分为(57.7±19.8)分,第2次平均CCQR评分为(60.2±17.0)分,两次CCQR评分的组内相关系数为0.994〔95%可信区间为(0.990,0.997)〕。采用Pearson相关分析显示,CCQR评分与患者的现实依从性呈正相关(R2=0.635,P=0.000)。结论 CCQR是评估我国类风湿关节炎患者治疗依从性的可靠、有效的工具。Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese Compliance Questionnaire - Rheumatol- ogy （CCQR） . Methods 4 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Department of Rheumatology in People＇s Hospital of Yuxi from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected. CCQR was formulated in line with Chinese culture based on CQR. The CCQR was used for test -retest at two to four weeks interval and its credibility was assessed by intraclass correlation coefficient （ICC） . The validity of the CCQR was assessed by identifying associations between CCQR scores and patient true compliance, measured using pharmacy refill data. Results 54 patients completed the first time questionnaire, and four patients refused the second time questionnaire and two patients lost to follow up with a total 48 patients completing the second time questionnaire. The average score of CCQR of the first time and second time test was （57.7 ± 19. 8） and （60. 2 ± 17.0） respectively, with an ICC of 0.994 for test - retest reliability. Pearson correlation analysis showed that CCQR score was positively correlated with true com- pliance （R2 = 0. 635, P = 0. 000） . Conclusion CCQR is a reliable, valid instrument to evaluate the compliance of Chinese patients with RA.
