摘　　要：骨关节炎又称为骨性关节炎,是一种慢性病,更是中老年人常见的关节疾病。由于其发病率、致残率、治疗费用较高,给患者和社会带来沉重的负担。借鉴我国开展糖尿病、高血压社区健康管理的成功经验,通过健康管理的途径降低骨关节炎的发病率和致残率将成为防治此类疾病的有效途径。本文从理论研究的角度出发,探讨了如何以社区为平台进行骨关节炎的健康管理,提出完成骨关节炎人群的建档工作是骨关节炎社区健康管理的基础工程、健康教育是骨关节炎社区健康管理实践的重要手段,并探讨了骨关节炎患者的分级管理、以家庭为单位的自我管理等健康管理模式,以期为提高我国骨关节炎防治效果和效益做出贡献。Osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic disease, and a common joint disease among the middle and old aged resi- dents. Because of its high incidence, morbidity, and expensive fee, it brings about l^eavy burden on patients and society. Taking the successful experience of developing community health management of diabetes and hypertension for reference, the usage of the health management to decrease the incidence and morbidity of the osteoarthritis will also be an effective way for the prevention and treatment of these diseases. From the perspective of theoretical research, we discuss on how to conduct the health management of osteoarthritis in community, and put forth performing establishment of medical records for osteoarthritis patients as its basic project and health education as its key way in practice; furthermore we also explore the graded management for osteoarthritis patients and self - management of health taking family as an unit, so as to make contribute to improving the effects and benefits of prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis in China.
