摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区农村社区居民的抑郁状况。方法采用自编社会人口学基本信息资料表、患者健康问卷中的抑郁症状群分量表(PHQ-9)对北京市朝阳区随机选取的2 000例农村社区居民进行问卷调查。结果 (1)共筛检出具有抑郁症状者671人,检出率为33.6%。其中轻度者506人,占75.4%;中度者115人,占17.2%;中重度者37人,占5.5%;重度者13人,占1.9%。轻度、中度、中重度、重度抑郁的构成比比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),轻度抑郁与中度、中重度、重度抑郁构成比的比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度抑郁者所占比例高于其他程度。这些症状给抑郁筛查阳性者在工作、照顾家庭事务或与他人相处中造成的困难程度:毫无困难者257人,占38.3%;有困难者414人,占61.7%。(2)抑郁者和非抑郁者在性别分布上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性更易患有抑郁。结论北京市朝阳区农村社区居民抑郁症状检出率较高,大部分为轻度抑郁,女性应被重点关注。Objective To understand the depression status of rural community residents in Chaoyang District of Bei- jing. Methods Totally 2 000 rural community residents randomly chosen form Chaoyang district of Beijing were recruited. The self - designed Questionnaire of Basic Information of Social Demography and the Depression Subscales of Patient Health Questionnaire （PHQ -9） were used for questionnaire survey＇. Results （ 1 ） Totally 671 community residents were found to have depression, with a detection rate of 33.6%. Among them there were 506 （75.4%） whose depression was mild, 115 （ 17.2% ） , moderate, 37 （5.5%）, between moderate and serious, and 13 （ 1.9% ）, serious. Among the 4 conditions there was a significant differ- ence in constituent ratio （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the proportion of patients with mild depression was the highest, with significant differ- ences as compared with each of other 3 proportions （P 〈0. 05） . There were 257 （38.3%） whose symptoms did not cause any difficulty in their work, housekeeping and getting along with other people, however there 414 （61.7%） whose symptoms did. （2） The depression proportion of women was higher than that of men, suggesting that woman were more likely to suffer from de- pression than men （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion The depression detected rate of rural community residents in Chaoyang District of Beijing is high. The condition of depression is mild for most of the patients, and females should be given more attention.
