摘  要:通过对比分析,选择氨气敏电极法快速测定烟用聚丙烯丝束滤棒成型水基胶中的氨氮含量,考察了该方法的测定条件及影响因素。结果表明:氨气敏电极具有很高的选择性,在强碱性条件下,采用EDTA作掩蔽剂,几乎所有无机离子对测定无影响;部分挥发性胺对测定有明显干扰,表面活性剂含量低于0.1%时无干扰;最优条件下方法的定量限0.67μg/mL,回收率96.1%~104.9%,RSD〈4%。Ammonia gas-sensing electrode method was developed to determine ammonia nitrogen in water-borne adhesive applied on polypropylene fiber tow filter rod. Results showed that: 1) the method was highly selective. Almost all other inorganic ions showed no influence on determination under strong alkaline conditions with EDTA as masking agent; 2) significant interferences from some volatile amines were observed. There were some interferences if surfactants contents were higher than 0.1% ; 3) under optimum conditions, the quantification limit was 0.67 μg/mL and the recovery was 96.1% -104.9% . RSD was less than 4% .
