摘 要:为探明保润剂对烟草吸湿特性的影响,采用环境扫描电子显微镜技术和恒温恒湿箱方法,对添加保润剂的烟草进行吸湿特性研究,结果表明:5种保润剂都有助于显著增加烟草水分含量,保润剂使得叶表面气孔的保卫细胞有一定程度的膨大,气孔的宽度都有不同程度的变窄,孔隙的面积有所缩小,烟样表面沟槽纹理增多,并且烟丝截面宽度增加;丙二醇和丙三醇的解湿和吸湿平衡含水率都比较高,其次是木糖醇、芦荟多糖和山梨醇;保润剂会加剧烟草的吸湿滞后现象,并且对上部烟叶B2F的影响要大于中部烟叶C2F;保润剂能增强烟草持水性能,不利于解湿过程。: Effects of five humectants, i.e. xylitol, sorbitol, propanediol, glycerin and aloe polysaccharide, on tobacco hygroscopic characteristics were investigated by environmental scanning electron microscope and constant temperature and humidity chamber. Result show that all five humectants can significantly increase moisture content of fine-cut tobacco. The humectants can cause leaf stomatal guard cells to swell, narrow stomatal aperture, decrease pore area, raise surface groove and increase cross section width. The adsorption and desorption equilibrium moisture content of propanediol and glycerol are outstanding, followed by xylitol, aloe polysaccharides and sorbitol. Humectants can effectively increase hygroscopic hysteresis of tobacco, which have larger impact on upper leaves (B2F) than mid-stalk leaves (C2F) of flue-cured tobacco. Humectants can enhance water-holding capacity of tobacco, thus impede dehydration process.
