我院2009～2011年心理科门诊用药分析

摘　　要：目的：了解我院门诊心理科口服药物的使用情况和用药趋势，为临床用药提供参考。方法：对我院门诊药房2009～2011年心理科药物销售金额、用药构成比以及用药频度（DDDs）排序进行统计分析。结果：我院心理科口服药物销售金额和DDDs均呈上升趋势。抗抑郁药、抗精神病药和中成药占用药总额的90％。DDDs排序中镇静催眠药排位第一，价格昂贵药品的销售金额和使用频度均有所上升。结论：2009～2011年我院心理科药物使用量逐年增多，临床使用基本合理。Objectlve：To provide reference for clinical medication through analyzing the application and tendency of psychiatrist drugs taken o rally by out - patients of our hospital. Methods：The sales amounts,drug constituent ratio and DDDs sort of psychiatrist drugs for out - patients of our hos pital from 2009 to 2011 were compared and analyzed. Results：The consumption sum and DDDs of oral psychiatrist drugs in the past three years showed an upward trend, antidepressants, Antipsychotic drugs and Chinese patent drugs accounted for 90% of the total sum of drugs. Sedative hypnotics occupied the top one of DDDs. The consumption sum and DDDs of expensive drugs are increasing. Conclusion：The application amount of antihypertensive drugs increa- ses year by year, and the application in our hospital is reasonable basically.
