摘　　要：针对缓解城市交通拥堵、提高公交运行效率进行研究。通过问卷调查、实地调研并结合物联网技术和系统集成技术,提出新型城市公共交通服务管理模式智慧公交系统的设计方案。本系统可以提高人、车、站综合协调能力,达到乘客智慧出行、线路智能优化、车辆智慧运行的目标。The study is carried out to alleviate urban traffic jams and improve bus operating efficiency. Through questionnaire survey and field investigations and combining internet of things and system integration techniques, it is to suggest a design plan of intelligent bus system as a new type urban public transport service management mode. The system is designed to improve the comprehensive coordination capabilities between crowds, vehicles and stations and reach the objectives of intelligent travel, intelligent route optimization and intelligent vehicle operation.
