摘  要:研究普通双卧轴搅拌机对C70高强混凝土的合理搅拌工艺和搅拌参数。通过一次投料法和预拌水泥砂浆法试验,以混凝土搅拌匀质性的宏观指标和微观指标为评价指标进行分析研究,通过试验确定各自的合理搅拌参数。试验结果表明,预拌水泥砂浆法拌出的混凝土抗压强度普遍高于一次投料法,且在各自最优搅拌参数下混凝土抗压强度约提高13%。通过正交试验的极差和方差分析,确定水泥砂浆搅拌时间是预拌水泥砂浆法拌出高品质混凝土的关键因素,搅拌速度和一级加水量为重要因素;改善水泥砂浆搅拌均匀性是提高混凝土抗压强度的重要手段。The proper mixing techniques and parameters of common double-horizontal shafts mixer on C70 high strength concrete are examined. The research is based on the experiment of a feeding method and first mixing with cement mortar method, which takes the macro and micro indicator of concrete mixing uniformity as an evaluation indicator. The proper mixing parameters are determined by the test results and the concrete compression strength of first mixing with cement mortar method is generally higher than a feeding method which is increased by 13% under their optimal mixing parameters. Through the range analysis and variance analysis, the cement mortar mixing time is the key element on high-quality concrete mixed by first mixing with cement mortar method, and then the mixing speed and first adding water are very important factors. The study indicates that the improvement of cement mortar mixing uniformity is very important means to increase the concrete compression strength.
