摘　　要：安全工作重于泰山,更是学生公寓管理工作的重点和难点。通过实施人防、物防、技防相结合的安全管理模式,高校学生公寓安全工作水平将会大幅度上升,将学生公寓安全事故发生率大幅度的降低,真正为高校学生打造平安、和谐的第二家园,有力的保障高校学校的发展和教学工作的正常开展。The safety work is more important than mount tai, is the key and difficult point for student apartments management work. Through the implementation of the civil air defense and technology dimension is a combination of safety management mode, the university students＇ apartment security level will rise, will greatly reduce the student apartment safety accidents, true for college students to build peace, harmony, second homes, effective guarantee the normal work of the development of the school and the teaching of colleges and universities.
