摘　　要：从影响地方政府信息资源配置效果的因素着手,构建出了一套地方政府信息资源配置评价指标体系。为了获得更加合理客观的评价决策结论,构建了粗糙集方法下的地方政府信息资源配置智能评价模型。针对评价指标体系中各评价指标权重获取的问题,考虑了实际应用分析中的小样本数据特点,将决策表进行合理分块划分,以层次式计算的方式基于粗糙集方法逐步实现对各个评价指标权重的客观求取。文末的算例分析和实验比较,验证了该评价指标体系的合理性和粗糙集智能评价模型的有效性与优越性。By considering factors influencing the effects of local government information resource allocation, this paper attempts to estab- lish a new evaluation system. In order to reach reasonable and objective analysis result under the new evaluation system, a rough set theory -based intelligent evaluation model is constructed. Dealing with the problem of index-weight acquirement in accordance with the condition of small sample data, we try to divide the decision table into several blocks and use hierarchical way to get index weight values objectively, based on rough set theory. At the end of this paper, experimental results prove the rationality of the novel evaluation system and the superi- ority of the rough set intelligent evaluation model.
