摘　　要：建设统筹科技资源改革示范基地,是国家在实施《关中—天水经济区发展规划》中赋予陕西省的一项重要任务。从参与科技资源统筹工程的不同角色出发,构建了陕西科技资源统筹工程绩效评价指标体系和模糊评价模型,基于大量数据进行了评价并提出了建议。The construction demonstration base of science and technology resources as a whole reform, is an important task for shaanxi province in the national in the implementation of the guanzhong-tianshui economic zone development planning. This paper constructing the performance evaluation index system of shaanxi science and technology resources project, con structs the fuzzy evaluation model, through a large number of data are analyzed and puts forward the corresponding pro- posal.
