摘 要:2E12铝合金是一种比较理想的飞机蒙皮材料,为了更好地预测2E12铝合金的疲劳寿命,文章以2E12试件为研究对象,进行疲劳试验,获得材料的S-N曲线,利用灰色系统理论建立GM(1,1)模型和等维灰度递补GM(1,1)模型,生成预测模拟值,将模拟值和试验数据进行残差检验,验证预测数据的准确性,从而得出模型预测S-N曲线。计算表明,GM(1,1)模型和等维灰度递补GM(1,1)模型的预测模拟值与初始数据基本一致,模型预测S-N曲线与材料S-N曲线吻合程度较高,因此,可通过以上模型实现对2E12铝合金板材的疲劳寿命预测。2E12 aluminum alloy has been serving as a kind of ideal material for the skin of aircraft. In order to forecast the fatigue life of 2E12 aluminum, the S-N curve of material was obtained based on the experiment under different axial forces. GM(1,1) model and equivalent dimensions additional grey GM(1,1) model were set up with the grey system theory, relatively accurate fatigue life was predicted by residual test on the simulation data and the original data, and then effective simulation values and the predicted S-N curve were obtained. Finally, the two curves were compared. The mathematical simulation indicates that the simulation data of GM(1,1) model and equivalent dimensions additional grey GM(1,1) model coincide with the data of experiments, and the S-N curves obtained by model prediction and experiment coincide well. Correspondingly, these models can be competent to predict the fatigue life of 2E12 aluminum alloy.
