摘　　要：范祖禹的《唐鉴》一书,是关于唐代历史兴废的重要史论类著述。在此书中,范祖禹一方面发展了《资治通鉴》中所确立的治乱兴衰之论,在很多方面确实体现了对司马光学派的继承;另一方面,在史事记载、史观表现以及史评、史考方面又有很多独特看法。《唐鉴》成书之后,两宋学者表示了浓厚的兴趣,对它有诸多批评和议论,反映了两宋史家在史书体裁、史书的功能、史家心性等方面的态度与看法,对研究宋代史学批评的发展特点有一定意义。The book ＂Tang Jian＂written by Fan Zuyu, is an important historical works reflecting the rise and fall of the Tang dynasty. In this book, on the one hand Fan Zuyu inherited and developed the theory of rise and fall established by the school of historians led by Ssu-ma Kuang; on the other hand, he had unique views on the documentation of historical events, the expression of historical outlook, as well as areas of histor- ical criticism and textual research. Scholars in the Song dynasty showed a keen interest in this book, and their comments and discussion reflects the Song historians＇ attitudes towards the historical genre, the function of history books, and the mindset of historians, which is useful for the study of the development of historical crit- icism in the Song dynasty
