摘 要:提出了利用辐照前材料小冲杆试验载荷与标准试验强度之间的关系及辐照后小冲杆试验载荷计算辐照后强度的方法,利用该方法测量了中子辐照后国产A508-3钢的强度,发现中子辐照导致了国产A508-3钢的强度升高、塑性降低。利用扫描电镜观测辐照前、后小冲杆试验样品的断口形貌,利用辐照前、后样品的表面形貌的不同解释了辐照硬化现象。最后,讨论了测量的准确度并提出了改进建议。The small punch test method was suggested to measure the strength after irradiation using the load after irradiation and the relation between the load and the strength before irradiation. The strength after irradiation of the domestic A508-3 steel was measured using this method. The small punch test result indicates that the strength of the domestic A508-3 steel becomes bigger after irradiation. The sample was observed and the fracture pattern was determined by means of scanning electron microscope. The differences of the sample surface topography before and after irradiation explain the reason of the irradiation hardening phenomenon. Finally, the accuracy of the measurement was discussed and the improving advice was given.
