摘 要:一回路舱室是高温气冷堆示范电站建造的关键区域和难点之一。为提升该区域的建造质量和效率,针对一回路舱室区域开展模块化设计研究。通过方案比选,确定了支架模块方案的总体技术方案,提出模块化划分与设计的原则,完成该区域的模块化设计方案,利用三维设计软件CATIA构建各模块的三维模型,并对模块支承结构的强度和热应力进行设计校验,最后对设计方案的施工可行性与应用效果进行分析。结果表明,该方案可行,压缩工期效果明显。本研究结果在高温气冷堆示范电站工程上得到实际应用,有效提高了一回路舱室的建造效率,经济效益显著。The primary cavity is a key region and one of the difficult items to the con- struction of Pebble-bed Modular High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTR-PM) demonstration plant. Modular design of primary cavity was studied in detail to enhance the construction quality and efficiency. The bracket modular design was adopted by the comparison of various design schemes. The modular division and design principles were proposed, the modular design of this region was completed, and a three-dimensional model for each module was built by using the three-dimensional design software CATIA. Analysis and calculation of strength and thermal stress of module support structure were completed. Construction feasibility and effect analysis show that the design scheme is feasible and the effect of reducing construction duration is obvious. The research has been applied in HTR-PM engineering design, effectively increasing construction efficiency and significant economic benefits have been obtained.
