摘  要:为了改善传统DTC系统中电压模型定子磁链观测器的动态性能差的问题,针对传统观测器存在的直流偏移和初始相位积分误差问题,提出了一种能显著改善异步电机动态性能的定子磁链观测方法。该方法采用正交反馈补偿定子磁链,通过检测反电动势和磁链的正交度自动补偿定子磁链,以获得磁链的精确观测。这种新的定子磁链观测方法相对于传统方法显著改善了其动态性能,能够快速精确地跟踪磁链的变化,保证了异步电动机直接转矩的可靠实施。为进一步验证新的磁链观测器的有效性,建立了感应电机DTC系统的仿真平台,大量的仿真和实验结果也验证了它的优良性能。In order to improve the poor dynamic performance of the traditional DTC system stator flux observer in voltage model, in view of the existence of initial value problems and DC shifts of the traditional flux observer, a kind of stator flux estimation method which can improve the dynamic performance of the asynchronous motor was proposed.In order to get accurate observation of the flux, this method uses orthogonal feedback as stator flux compensation and compensates stator flux automatically on the basis of the orthogonal degree of EMF and flux.This new stator flux estimation method can improve dynamic performance, track the change of the flux quickly and accurately and ensure reliable implementation of the asynchronous motor DTC.An induction motor DTC system was built in order to verify the effectiveness of new flux estimation.Lots of simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the new method is valid and has good performance.
