摘  要:材料导热系数是材料质量评价的重要指标之一,该文基于模糊PID控制技术研发了材料导热性能测控系统,系统硬件主要由温度传感与检测电路、计算机温度测控系统及温度自动调控装置组成;系统软件基于虚拟仪器Labwindows/CVI开发平台及PID控制算法完成系统数据采集与处理、结果显示与控制等功能,弥补了以往导热仪智能化程度不高、功能单一、测量精度低等不足。应用表明,该系统运行可靠、温度控制精确、导热系数检测精度高。Thermal conductivity is one of important index of material's quality evaluation. In this paper,Material's thermal conductivity detection system based on fuzzy PID algorithm was designed and made. The system hardware was made mainly by the temperature sensor and detecting circuit,computer temperature control system and automatic temperature control device. Data collecting and processing,result display and control functions were completed by the system software based on virtual instrument development platform of Labwindows/CVI and PID control algorithm,to make up for the previous degree of intelligence was not high,thermal conductivity meter,single function,the lack of low accuracy. Application shows that this system has advantages of reliable operation,precise temperature control,high thermal conductivity detection accuracy.
