摘　　要：目的研究蛇肽保健酒对小鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的影响。方法将健康雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为6组,即对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(1mg/kg地塞米松)、酒基组(10mL/kg)、蛇肽保健酒低剂量组(8.3mL/kg)和高剂量组(33.2mL/kg);每隔7d分别测定小鼠右后足趾、踝关节直径和体质量,实验第34天处死小鼠,进行脾脏指数、血清循环免疫复合物(CIC)水平的测定。结果蛇肽保健酒低剂量组对降低AA小鼠的血清CIC水平效果显著(P<0.05),对降低足趾和踝关节肿胀度、脾脏指数效果均极显著(P<0.01)。结论蛇肽保健酒对小鼠佐剂性关节炎具有抑制作用。Objective To investigate effect of the venom peptide liquor on adjunctive arthritis（AA） in mice. Methods The male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, named as the control group,model group, positive control group（1 mg/kg dex- amethason）, wine group（10 mL/kg） ,low dosage of venom peptide liquor group（8.3 mL/kg） and high dosage of venom peptide liq- uor group（33.2 mL/kg） ;the right toes,ankle diameter and whole body weight were measured at 7-day intervals;the spleen index, serum level of circulating immune complexes（CIC） were determined after the thirty-fourth day when the mice was put to death. Re- suits The level of CIC in AA mice decreased significantly（P〈0.05） ,the decrease of spleen index and the reduction of toe and an- kle swelling in the low dose group were significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The venom peptide liquor exhibited apparent inhibitory effect on AA in mice.
