摘　　要：目的:对紫丁香叶中紫丁香苷提取工艺及其含量进行研究,为紫丁香叶的开发奠定基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对紫丁香叶中紫丁香苷的提取工艺进行了比较研究。结果:紫丁香苷的最佳提取工艺为水煎法。Objective： Study on the effective component of Syringa leaves to have a better use of the Syringa leaves of medicinal resources for the development of Chinese medicine lay the foundation for new durgs. Methods： Using macroporous resin, HPLC and other methods to stydy its effective components, such as Syringoside. Results： The water reflux is better than other methods in the ex- traction of syringoside and flavones.
