高效高精度液压缸体管的制造方法

摘　　要：液压缸体管传统上是使用热轧无缝钢管为原料，生产工艺为：无缝管→定尺切断→中频调质→镗孔→表面加工，从原料到最终产品的成材率仅509／5～70％。采用特殊材质的热轧卷板经纵剪和ERW焊接而成的高精度焊管作为原料，在调质生产线上对冷拨后的管子进行整体调质，属精密管材加工领域，适用于大批量生产高精度、高强度、高韧性液压缸体管，生产高效率、低成本。Hydraulic cylinder tubes are manufactured traditionally with hot-rolled seamless steel pipes as the raw material and the yield rate of 50%-70%. This paper proposes a high-efficiency and high-precision method to manufacture hydraulic cylinder tubes with high-precision welded pipes slit and ERW welded from special materials by overall conditioning on cold back tubes in the quenching and tempering production line. Such a method is suitable for mass production of hy- draulic cylinder tubes with high precision, high strength and high toughness. The production is of a high efficiency with low costs.
