摘  要:以多糖得率为评价指标,采用响应面分析法对百合多糖的超声提取工艺进行优化,探讨了提取温度,料液比和超声提取时间对百合多糖得率的影响。结果表明超声提取百合多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70℃,料液比1:20,提取时间45 min。在最优提取条件下,百合多糖的平均得率为7.92%。The ultrasonic extraction technology of lily The influences of the extraction technologies involving lily extraction time on the polysaccharide index.
