摘  要:采用高温固相反应法合成了Eu^(2+),Ce^(3+)单掺和共掺KMgF_3。分析了样品的结构,结果表明,所合成的样品均为单相。测定了它们的激发和发射光谱,结果显示:在Eu^(2+)单掺KMgF_3中,发现峰值位于360nm附近的锐峰线发射;在KMgF_3双掺体系中,只能观察到Eu^(2+)的发射光谱,并且Eu^(2+)的发射强度随着Eu^(2+)的浓度增加而增强,说明在共掺体系中存在Ce^(3+)→Eu^(2+)能量传递过程。Phase -pure Ce -/Eu -doped and co- doped KMgF3 phosphors were synthesized by high -temperature solid - state reactions at 950 ℃ for 4 h and characterized by means of X - ray powder diffraction (XRD). The excitation and emission spectra of the rare earth ions doped KMgF3 through solid state reaction at a high temperature was investigated. In the KMgF3: Eu2+ sample, there was only one sharp line emission located at 360 nm arising from f-f (6p 7/2→8S 7/2) transition of Eu2+ in the host lattice. In the co- doped Eu2+ and Ce3+ system, the emission peak of the Eu2+ could only be observed and the emission intensity of Eu2+ion gradually increased with the increase of Eu2+ concentration, which indicated an efficient enera, v transfer from Ce3 + to Eu2+ in the host.
