摘　　要：针对CLAUS硫磺回收装置长周期运行中遇到的主要问题,首先从配风的影响进行分析,找出影响因素,通过数据计算,得出公式,并结合实际生产进行修订;其次通过对生产中堵塞问题的具体分析,结合实际生产过程,总结了一些实用的技改方法,对装置优化提出一些预防措施。Based on the main problems during long - term operation of the CLAUS sulfur recovery unit, from the analysis of the impact with the wind, the factors were identified. Through data, derived formula, combined with the actual production of the revision and with the production of detailed analysis of congestion problems, combined with the actual production process, some practical technological methods were summarized, and some preventive were optimized for the device measures.
