摘 要:机载电子对抗系统效能评估既包含定量指标,又包含定性指标,而对这些指标进行科学合理的统一评价尚存在很多困难。为解决这些问题,运用云重心理论对其进行了研究。分析了机载电子对抗系统的指标体系,介绍了云模型的相关理论,并给出了运用云重心理论进行效能评估的数学模型,利用云发生器得到了最终的评估结果。最后给出了实例,结果证明该方法有效可行,能很好地解决效能评估中定性语言到定量值之间的转化问题。Effectiveness evaluation of airborne electronic countermeasure system contains quantita- tive indexes and qualitative indexes, and there are many difficulties to evaluate these indexes rea- sonably. In order to solve these problems, the cloud center of gravity theory is used to perform study in this paper. This paper analyzes the index system of airborne electronic countermeasure system, introduces correlative theory of cloud model, and gives the mathematical model of effective- ness evaluation based on cloud center of gravity theory,and the final evaluation result is given by cloud generator. At last, one example is given, and the result shows lhis method is effective and fea- sible to solve the transform between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression in effec- tiveness evaluation.
