摘  要:介绍了一种小型化行波管高压电源。该高压电源采用电流馈电型主动箝位推挽隔离DC-DC变换器结构。详细分析了变换器的各工作模态,并给出了理论的工作波形,利用该变换器设计了一款小型化行波管高压电源。实测输出电压为7.5kV,最大输出功率为200W,拓扑效率最高可达94%。实验证明该高压电源具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、负载调整率好等特点,可适用于弹载、机载等低电压供电的特殊应用。A miniaturization high-voltage power supply based on traveling wave tube (TWT) is in- troduced in this paper. The isolated DC-DC converter with current-feed active-clamp push-pull structure is used for the high-voltage power supply. This paper analyzes various operating modes of the converter in detail,and presents the theoretical operating waveforms, designs a miniaturization high-voltage power supply based on TWT by means of the converter. The measurement results show that the output voltage can reach 7.5 kV,the maximum output power can be 200 W and the topology efficiency can be obtained as 94%. The experiment validates that the high-voltage power supply has the features such as small volume, light weight, high efficiency, good load regulation and so on,can be available for low voltage power supply in particular applications such as missile-borne and air-borne conditions.
