摘 要:以六(4-羟基苯氧基)环三磷腈和环氧氯丙烷为原料,合成了一种新型的耐高温环氧树脂六(4-缩水甘油基苯氧基)环三磷腈(HCPEP)。利用红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。选取顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)为固化剂,并通过添加两类不同的耐热型有机填料六(4-醛基苯氧基)环三磷腈(HAPCP)和六(2,4,6-三溴苯氧基)环三磷腈(BPCPZ)制备出复合基体材料,经热失重分析研究其耐热性能。研究表明,六(4-缩水甘油基苯氧基)环三磷腈表现出优良的热稳定性,用其制备的复合材料在高温下残焦量较高,可用于固体火箭发动机绝热层基体材料。A novel heat-retardant epoxy resin, hexa (4-glycidoxyphenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene (HCPEP) was prepared by the reaction of epichlorohydrin with hexa(4-hydroxyphenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene. The structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared , 31p NMR , 13C NMR , 1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The epoxy resin was further cured with maleic an- hydride (MA) and two kinds of heat-resistant organic fillers, Hexakis (4-formacylphenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene (HAPCP) and Hexakis(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene (BPCPZ), were added to obtain the corresponding composite epoxy matri- ces. The thermal properties of epoxy polymer were studied by thermo gravimetric analysis. Results show that hexa(4-glycidoxyphe- noxy) cyclotriphosphazene presents good heat-resistance and the composites based on it exhibits a high char yield, so it is suitable to be used as heat-resistant matrices for the solid rocket motor.
