摘 要:由于混凝土中细骨料的含泥量对于掺有减水剂的混凝土工作性能以及强度都有一定影响,为了保证混凝土质量,开展了针对混凝土中的聚羧酸外加剂和细骨料中含泥量之间适应性的系列研究。先通过水泥净浆试验确定外加剂饱和掺量点,在此基础之上人为地改变细骨料中的含泥量,观察流动度的改变也就是其对于混凝土工作性能的影响。随后在混凝土的配合比中,在掺有外加剂的前提下,将含泥量的比重以5%的增量进行增长,制作了10组试件。通过试件的强度试验对比,研究含泥量与聚羧酸外加剂之间的相容性对混凝土强度的影响。研究发现当含泥量低于3%时只对混凝土的工作性能有影响,高于3%时,强度会伴随含泥量的增加而相对降低。The silt content in fine aggregates has a certain influence on the workability and strength of concrete mixed with water reducing agent. In order to ensure the quality of the concrete, a series of adaptation researches have been carried between the polycarboxylate admixture and silt content in fine aggregates. First,it is to determine the admixture saturation dosage point through the cement paste test. On this basis,artificially to change the silt content in fine aggregates,observing the change of fluidity or its impact on the performance of concrete. Then in the mix proportion of concrete, under the condition with mixed admixture,the growth of the proportion of silt content is in 5 % increase gradually into ten specimens. By the specimen strength test contrast, the study has been made on the influence of compatibility between silt content and polycarboxylate admixture to concrete strength. The results show that when the silt content is below 3% ,it only has an impact on the concrete workability. If it's higher than 3 ~, the strength will be lower with the increase of silt content.
