摘　　要：水平井在江苏油田生产中起着举足轻重的作用,随着开发的延续,部分水平井目前出现了含水上升、能量不足等问题。为了提高水平井开发效果,对低产低效水平井进行分类,研究了水平井含水上升特征及挖潜潜力,结合油藏地质特征及水平井生产动态,借助生产测井等资料对低产低效水平井治理。已治理的低产低效水平井取得较好的开发效果。Horizontal wells play an important role in Jiangsu Oilfield production. With the exploration and development of the oilfield, there are problems such as fast water - cut rising, inadequate formation energy in part of horizontal wells. In order to improve the development effect of the horizontal wells, the stripper horizontal wells were classified by the charac- teristics of water cut rising and tapping potential. According to the geological features of reservoirs and production dynamic of horizontal wells, these stripper horizontal wells were managed by using production logging data. The managed stripper horizontal wells have obtained good development effect.
